The Bundle Splitter system by Metal Center Systems allows sheet order filling without any lifting, completely scratch free and at a higher volume than previously achievable through traditional methods of order filling.

Bundle Splitter Systems 60” or 72” wide with outbound conveyors and paper pass through
Mechanization of sheet order filling and CTL bundle splitting can be done quickly and scratch free using only one operator.

When used for sheet order filling in a warehouse setting, inventory skids are brought to a "Pick" station and using a hand-held remote control, the Bundle Splitter operator can separate sheet orders up to 6,000 lbs at a time regardless of sheet count. Whether you are picking one or many, the Bundle Splitter will split your order without having to manually split sheets. Sheets are then transferred to a customer skid, or an existing skid in less than 2 minutes completely hands-off and scratch free.
The Bundle Splitter system can also be used to split large stacks from a CTL line into smaller customer orders or inventory skids. Typically a 20,000 lb master skid can be split into four 5,000 lb skids. When combined in an inline system, the Bundle Splitter can produce more tonnage in a shift and greatly reduce manpower and product damage normally associated with CTL splitting.
